Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This policy explains what information Vaishali Education collects through this website, why it is used, and which service providers may process it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our services:

  • Enquiry and registration details: Name, mobile number, email address, course interest, academic details and information you submit in a form.
  • Website and advertising data: Pages viewed, buttons clicked, referral or campaign information, browser details, IP address and cookie identifiers.
  • Payment information: Transaction reference and status needed to support a payment. Card, UPI or banking credentials are entered and processed by the payment gateway, not stored by this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • To respond to admission enquiries and provide requested counselling or process support.
  • To manage registrations, documents, support requests and payment confirmations.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns help students complete useful actions.
  • To improve website usability, advertising relevance, security and fraud prevention.
  • To maintain records where required for service, accounting or legal purposes.

3. Data Protection

We use access controls, input validation and other reasonable safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Hosting, email, analytics, advertising, communication and payment providers used to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
  • Meta and Google services: Website interaction and campaign data may be processed through Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Google Tag Manager or connected analytics services.
  • Legal Requirements: Disclosure required to comply with laws or protect our rights.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to conditions).
  • Opt-out of marketing communications.

6. Cookies

We use first-party and third-party cookies or similar identifiers for session security, remembering attribution, measuring website activity and supporting advertising. Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc may be used when available. You can limit cookies in your browser settings; some attribution or form features may then work differently.

7. Advertising Measurement

Meta Pixel records selected website actions in the browser. The Meta Conversions API may send corresponding events from our server. A shared event identifier is used where possible so Meta can deduplicate the browser and server copies. Events may include page views, course views, searches, call or WhatsApp clicks, enquiry submissions, registrations and payment status. Form contact details may be normalized and securely hashed before they are sent for matching; payment card or bank credentials are not sent through these events. Raw form contact details are not retained in browser local storage by our tracking code, and server event source URLs exclude query strings that may contain personal details.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
